Formal Courses

This section provides online access to the formal courses developed in the context of the MECCA project.

Two wide categories of courses are presented in the following sections:

• Courses targeting instructors.
  The courses aim to generate awareness among instructors on the capabilities of audio and visual communications technology. Furthermore, they aim to develop instructor skills on the integration of this technology into already well developed teaching practices.
• Courses targeting professionals in the welding industry .
  The courses aim to develop / update the skills of professionals on specific procedures that appertain to their everyday work through the use of video streaming for the vivid presentation and conveying of concepts and procedures. Visual presentations of such procedures are considered the most appropriate method for communicating how to’s and not’s short of being in the same classroom as the instructor.
